Two Friends. One West Palm Beach Chop Shop.
Longtime friends Tommy Casabona and John Ciccia built their hospitality careers in New York City’s restaurants, bars and nightclubs. After years of long nights, hard work and countless stories, they brought that experience south to West Palm Beach.
The Chop Shop is the first chapter of their fast-casual vision: a warm, friendly neighborhood spot where a satisfying sandwich, fresh salad or hand-crafted flatbread comes with genuine hospitality—and maybe a story or two.

Hospitality Is the Main Ingredient
The idea behind The Chop Shop is straightforward: bring the energy and hospitality of a New York neighborhood spot to a fast-casual kitchen in West Palm Beach. The open kitchen keeps the work visible, the format keeps things easy, and the welcome stays personal.
Tommy and John built the restaurant for every kind of appetite—whether you’re keeping it light or going all in. Come for the food, say hello to the team and, as the founders put it, maybe leave with a story or two.
