About Us

1000 stories ago, two friends from New York began operating bars, restaurants and nightclubs all throughout New York City.  The nights were long and the work was hard but the rewards and experiences were immeasurable.  Over the years, owners Tommy Casabona and John Ciccia have worked with some of the most amazing people at many of the Big Apple’s notorious watering holes.  Now, 1000 stories later, the two friends are looking to take their talents to West Palm Beach and open the first of many fast casual dining establishments.  The vibe will be warm, friendly and fulfilling whether your are on or off the diet…so come on by and say hi to the fellas.  Get a sandwich, get a salad and maybe even get a story or two.
